DUBAI – DAMAC Properties has announced plans to hand over 8,800 residential units across Dubai in 2026, marking another significant milestone in its expanding development pipeline.
The delivery programme covers some of the developer's flagship communities and towers across the emirate.
The announcement comes as the company revealed it had awarded more than Dh10 billion worth of construction contracts during the first half of 2026, underlining continued momentum across its projects.
Delivery plan
The upcoming handovers will span several of DAMAC's key developments, including DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2, DAMAC Lagoons, Chic Tower and Elegance Tower. The projects represent sustained progress across the company's residential portfolio as construction activity continues across some of Dubai's most sought-after communities.
DAMAC said it remains focused on strengthening its development pipeline through strategic contractor partnerships, operational efficiencies and technology-driven construction processes aimed at maintaining delivery schedules.
Ali Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties, said the developer remained committed to delivering every promised home without disruption or delay.

The latest announcement highlights the developer's continued investment in expanding residential communities while responding to sustained demand from both homeowners and investors in Dubai's property market.
Founded in 2002 by Hussain Sajwani, DAMAC has established itself as one of the region's largest private real estate developers. The company has delivered more than 50,000 homes, while over 54,000 units are currently under construction across its portfolio.

Alongside its development activity, DAMAC expanded its international profile during 2025 through partnerships with Chelsea Football Club and Oracle Red Bull Racing, while also launching a series of new projects.
